Rick graduated from Crowder College in 1972 with an Associate in Arts from Crowder College. He also attended the University of Missouri at Rolla, Missouri and the University of Arkansas. He began his surveying career in 1969, as a Survey Party Rod Man for a major Northwest Arkansas Engineering Firm. He worked in several positions for that Firm over a thirty six year time frame, including Engineering Technician, Construction Inspector, Supervisor of Surveys, Project Manager, Construction Office Manager and Branch Manager. His experience includes the management of a construction office in Newark, Arkansas for AP&L Independence Steam Electric Station for construction layout verification and the preparation of pay quantities. He has been involved in the preparation of ownership surveys and right-of-way plans for Interstate 540 in Benton and Washington Counties, Arkansas and U.S. Highway 59 in Delaware County, Oklahoma. He has designed over 100 subdivisions in Northeast Oklahoma. His experience also includes performing or supervising construction surveys for a variety of engineering projects, as well as many land and topographic surveys.

Rick is affiliated with the Oklahoma Society of Land Surveyors, as well as the Missouri Society of Professional Surveyors.

 Rick is licensed to practice land surveying in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

Tim graduated college in 1992 with a BS in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (University of Missouri – Rolla).  He has spent the last 16 years in the consulting engineering field.  Over those years he has been involved with and managed a wide variety of projects including; wastewater treatment and collection, water treatment and distribution, small culverts and bridge design, small concrete structures design, storm drain (piping and ditches) design, development of grading and site plans for small commercial and very large industrial facilities.

 

Tim has dealt successfully with many regulatory bodies in the performance of these projects, including; Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) Army Corp of Engineers (ACOE), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA); and the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ).

 

Tim is licensed to practice engineering in Florida, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas.
