A 120 lot development located on Monkey Island, OK.
R&M designed the water, sewer, parking lot and drainage for the new clubhouse, as well as surveying for The Gallery and The Ridge subdivisions on Monkey Island, OK.
Community pool developed for the City of Grove, OK.
Wolf Creek Park was a $5.6 million capital improvement project funded by the US Fish & Wildlife Service, the OK Dept of Transportation, the City of Grove, and the Grand River Dam Authority. R&M designed and surveyed the project. The project includes 14.2 acres of parking, restroom facilities, and large boat mooring docks. Wolf Creek Park is utilized by BASS for the "Bass Master Classic", and other national and regional events!
6 Lot development on Monkey Island.
Designed bridge with approaches to replace structurally deficient bridge over Spavinaw Creek.
Designed expansion to existing wastewater treatment plant from 0.7 MGD to 0.9 MGD including a third batch reactor unit, new sludge dewatering system and composting facility.
A 53 lot lakefront subdivision on Grand Lake of the Cherokees engineered around rough terrain and significant relief.
